What we're seeking:

  • M.D., D.O., or foreign equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
  • Completion of an accredited Sports Medicine Fellowship Program
  • Ability to acquire a license to practice in the State of Pennsylvania
  • BC/BE in Family Medicine
