You will promote the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient through use of the nursing process and in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the State Nurse Practice Act, and demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values. Day to Day duties: Circulate and/or Scrub on all cases. Primarily, GEN, Ortho (Totals/ Trauma), Sports Medicine. Spine, Bariatrics, Neuro, OB/GYN, ENT, Urology, Plastics. Giving breaks and/or providing additional supplies and sterile instruments as needed during operations. Assisting with Room turnover and restocking for next day's cases. Maintaining Sterile field during procedures. SPD is located directly beneath the OR assisting in instrument and case cart movement. We have many service lines and train our team members to be able to do everything. Service lines include Ortho, Spine, Neuro, General, OB/GYN, Sports Medicine, Urology, ENT, Plastics, Bariatrics, and More. Our Spine and Total Joint Programs are JCHO certified along with our nationally certified bariatric program.
